Whether hosting an intimate wedding, birthday party, baby shower, or business meeting, help support the Kay Theater Foundation by renting our venue for your special event.

Rental includes use of 150 folding chairs, five 60″ round tables, four 6 ft tables, and one 8ft tables.

Rental Rate: $450 Daily with $100 refundable deposit to hold the date. Deposit is returned if theater is cleaned up after event. Deposit becomes cleaning fee if theater is not cleaned up after event.
